We offer 3 Wiggle Wire and Channel kit options

Option 1. 12 linear metres of  Channel and Wires + 30 Tek screws

Option 2. 18 linear metres of  Channel and Wires + 45 Tek screws

• End hoops (both). 9 metre suits 1 x open or walled end. This will cover both the standard ‘Classic’ and lift kit options to the soil level

Option 3. 36 linear metres of  Channel and Wires + 90 Tek screws

• Equals option 2 plus channel and Wires for DIY end walls with doors

• Channel measures 2m in length
• Channel length flexes to the form of the outer hoop curve.
• Use 1 x self drilling Tek screw every 30-40cm to attach the Channel to hoop steel
• Wiggle Wire measures 2.1m each
• Channel and Wiggle Wire can be cut to your required length

Our Channel can take up to 3 layers of wire when a second layer of film or shade cover is required! Please contact us if additional wires are required

Our Wiggle Wire upgrade kit helps turn your Cocoon Tunnel into a more permanent greenhouse solution. Wiggle wire allows you to have tighter plastic, or help hold down shade cloth on your Cocoon tunnel. Note; Hoop arc is 7.3m standard or 8.1m with the Lift Kit

In most cases, we recommend pairing Wiggle Wire upgrades kits with our Wind Bracing kit, allowing for increased wind protection, plus eliminating the need for the cone-shaped plastic bunching at each end of your tunnel. This is especially helpful on urban farms or other situations where space is limited
