Trellis Cable Kits are quick and easy to add while erecting your tunnel and can be retrofitted to any tunnel equipped with wind bracing and centre purlin.
Add as many trellis cables as required to your Caterpillar Tunnel or other structure. Growers may use one or two cables per bed for crops such as capsicum, eggplant, cucumber, tomato and more.

To purchase your Trellis Cable Kit:
Option 1. Swaged cable with 130mm Overhead Hangers and end attachments
Attach overhead hangers to hoops.
Each Trellis Cable Kit contains;
- 3mm 304 stainless steel wire cable with a swaged eyelet on one end, 500mm longer than the Kit length. Example: a 15m kit has a 15.5m cable, allowing enough cable at the non swaged end to be double clamped with the clamps provided.
- 2 x 35mm Brace Bands to for attachment to the end tunnel hoops.
- 130mm stainless steel droppers and 12g Self driving screw for every hoop connection point.
- 2 x 3.2mm clamps for attaching cable at other end.

Option 2. Swaged cable with end attachments
Attach to end hoop door header pole or cross bracing trellis poles.
This option does not use hangers, instead the Trellis Cable Kit will be supported by existing cross bracing trellis poles and attached at either end by Brace Bands to the end hoop door header pole or cross bracing trellis pole. NOTE: To avoid the header pole being pulled inwards from crop weight we recommend using our telescopic brace pole diagonally by attaching from the centre of the header pole on the last hoop, upwards and inwards to the centre purlin pole just before it intersects with the 2nd hoop.
Each Trellis Cable Kit contains;
