Salanova® Dafex RZ is a slow bolting variety with attractive triple red baby-sized leaves for the salad leaf segment
This variety has the added value of the naturally occurring Knox™ trait which delays the browning of cut surfaces by days. The leaves are upright and sturdy being target bred for mechanical harvesting and also stays off the ground during winter ensuring a cleaner harvest
