How does it work?

The high strength cast alloy plungers apply an even and consistent downward force on the 72 cells of soil to produce uniform soil blocks ready for seeding. The couplings between the handles and the plungers multiply the compression force, transferring the workload from the operator to the machine.

Place the stainless-steel grid into a 1020 shallow tray. Fill the grid with dampened seed starting mix, slide the loaded grid and tray into the soil blocker assembly, align the cast plungers with the grid cells, and compress with a fraction of the strength needed to compress by hand. The full compression process takes seconds.
