Length: We currently offer tunnels in 7.5m, 10m, 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m and 40m lengths.

30 metre tunnels are the most cost effective per square metre.

All tunnels come with additional 8-10 metres of greenhouse film to allow for 4-5m per end for making end walls . We do not recommend making the basic cone-shaped end closures on Gothic Tunnels due to the higher exposure of the tapered ends to side winds.

1500mm hoop spacing: This is our standard hoop spacing ideal for most customers when choosing a Gothic caterpillar tunnel.

1250mm hoop spacing: Consider upgrading to the 1250mm hoop spacing if your tunnel sides have prevailing wind exposure or are located in a snow environment and need the strongest possible Cocoon hoop option. Combine with our End Walls options and End Wall Purlin Bracing Kit, Cross Bracing Trellis Kits and or additional Purlin Kits for even greater reinforcement.

Standard: The standard Gothic Tunnel variant is great for all crops with a central height of 2.8m. Supplied with a steel centre purlin and wind bracing. Locking channel and wiggle wires for end hoops provide the open ended or end wall possibilities. This variant comes with 1800mm wide cross bracing on each hoop.

Pro: The Gothic Pro Tunnel variant comes with the 400mm lift kit bringing the central height to 3.2m for use with higher crops. Supplied with a steel centre purlin and wind bracing. Locking channel and wiggle wires for end hoops provide the open ended or end wall possibilities. The 4.9m wide option comes with 2300mm wide cross bracing on each hoop.

4.9m wide tunnels: can fit 4 x 75cm beds and 3 x 45cm pathways with the hoops sitting 27cm past the side beds. Meet the urban 36m² equirement by slightly reducing the hoop width to under 4.8m on a 7.5m long tunnel.

4.3m wide tunnels: can fit 4 x 75cm beds and 3 x 45cm pathways with the hoops sitting 12cm past the side beds.

Width and Add-ons. All add-on kits will work with either width.
